For each one of them, you'll see a tiny auto-responder icon and all you need to do is to click it, enter the content you want to use and save the changes - it's as easy as that. Setting up an auto-responder for various e-mails and modifying or deleting an existing auto-responder is just as easy and can be done any time. There will be a different image for every email address with an active auto-responder in your Emails section, so you will be able to keep a count with ease and change the status of the function at any moment if necessary.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan to host your domain names with our company, you'll be able to easily activate the auto-responder feature for any of the email addresses that you set up with the account. You can do this through the Emails part of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where one can see a list of all of your mailboxes. A little icon will highlight which one has an active auto-responder and which one does not. To create, edit or delete a message, click on the matching icon for the specific e-mail, enter the text that you want to use, save the changes and you'll be all set.
