Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the mail account you wish to forward emails from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
